Thoughts on Citroen DS3...

a true ethusiast will judge a car on it's ability, not a badge ;)

I'd give it a test drive but wouldn't own one. Reliability aside, I would just have that feeling in the back of my head that they would compromise some parts and find some of the parts used from a C2 or something. Meh.

The missus likes these, its on her list to replace her ageing Punto puddlejumper.

I drove by my local Citroen dealer last week and there were a couple out on display on the forecourt in prominent positions. I have to say its a very unusual and eyecatching design in the flesh.

Possibly a "Marmite" car?. ;)

Yh I thought that, I think it probably is a 'marmite' car :D

My father in law has ordered one and it should be arriving in a week or so. He loves his Citroens. He showed me the brochure and it actually looked ok.

Then he mentioned he'd gone for the 90hp 1.6 diesel. That does eleventy million miles per gallon and only costs £30 a year road tax. He lives on the Isle of Wight and does about 5k miles a year.

I can't remember the rest as I had some kind of seizure.
