Help Me Identify a Photograph

Albeit one I don't have...

Hopefully someone on here can remember, usually can..

The actual photograph is a HDR(I think) of a café in a town in France, between two rivers, with a church(?) on the left.

I think it is also a jail by the way...as opposed to a church
