All I'm saying mate, is we all have second hand information, that could or could not be true. Best wait and see on the 26th, well that is if it's actually released then ;)

Clock / mem / shader speed is still under NDA, although the rumours sound about right.

Full specs TBA on 26th (launch date)

With added insults.

It's gotten to the point were i just can't be arsed with Fermi anymore, it will be faster than that ATi's for sure. Let's leave it at that.
 
I used to find it annoying, now I just have a good laugh, you just know from the hating they got well and truly shafted by nVidia at some point :D

Theres been very little fact or even informed opinion stated around here lately, most of its petty insults and regurgitating the same dubious information that all comes from 1-2 anti-nVidia/pro-ATI sources.

I havn't got sound at work so no i havnt seen it.
I wasn't basing what i said on anything in this thread just in general.
But its funny that a lot of this so called garbage info is right quite a lot of the time?

The irony is they are now getting the same from ATI - spending £100s for cards that are overkill for DX9 games, very few games use DX10 and by the time DX11 hits proper the 5 series simply won't be upto the job - if games really did use tessellation proper they'd just sit in a corner and cry :D
 
Fgs it's like watching a bunch of old farts arguing about boiled sweets on here it really is none of us know for sure a damn thing were all just guessing and the way some people represent themselves as having inside or better technical knowledge is tiresome. Wait till the 26th and then we will all know for sure won't we and the arguing can begin again and if some of us are really lucky some good games will be out and we can all play them while the usual suspects argue it out on here.

Personally i don't think either company right now is doing as well as they could do i think ati were capable of putting out a better 5xxx series then they did but had no reason too and nvidia have gotten a little lazy in the last few years and it's going to take them a while to wake up and get back in the game which hopefully they will.

Seriously if both camps got their way neither ati or nvidia would be in business and we would all be screwed that in itself shows how smart some on here are.
