Mines been "We'll notify you via e-mail when we have an estimated delivery date for this item" since the day I ordered.

I've just seen they have the toxic for £230 now - delivery 2-4 weeks.

You can only bios flash of the two cards are identical, like the first revision stock designs.

Once each company starts making their own PCBs and unique revisions, a bios flash may brick the card.
