You talk about fair play, well when the teams are stacked in favour of communication and skill, that isn't fair at all is it? Of course you want to play together, doesn't mean you have to be on the same side, unless you get an erection and jizz yourself every time you steam roll PUB players

Your last paragraph just echoes immature mate so I'll end it here. Pay for the server then you can get involved in running it. Until then, your a team switcher so you got kicked. You wasn't the only one.

Alright, so more joined and went onto the side which already had the majority, same difference.

Isn't it weird, TFU guys moaned about "Team stacking" earlier on the thread on the OcUK server, yet when you guys do it when it's considerably worse, it's fine and "We shouldn't mention it until we pay for the server"

Right.

The picture TBL posted was to wind up, pure and simple. The more that joined got put on that team automatically. Nobody switched.

I'm getting pretty sick and tired of all this whining on the forums. We pay for the server not you, we kick for OcUK members provided they are wearing the OcUK tags. We don't have to do anything for you, we don't owe you anything.

Don't like it don't play. We don't really give a toss about what you think.
 
Been using different medic weapons lately to get more gold stars and the platinum's......and they all fail so badly in comparison to the MG60, it's unreal.

Also being on the front lines and using the M95 (1 shot to kill) = fun

This also happens on their CSS server but the results are opposite ;). They do have a valid point, however in such a game like BC2 and a community like OcUK the two don't particularly match.

If people don't like that kind of environment, why not just join some other server and not clutter this thread with whining? it's not hard.

Tend to agree on that point. Getting pretty tired of the arguments - not that I'm taking any sides or blaming anyone in particular.

Perhaps it's worth adding information about the servers to the first post. Mention that TFU is for more serious play, etc. Personally on the OcUK Server I just want to have a laugh and hence I would enforce rules differently. That's not to say that my way is better, of course.

Nice rage bro.

Here's the facts though, if you have a public server and you have all members from a clan on 1 side, it will cause people to either leave, or join their side, that's how it will be, and how it will always be. When you see for 4 rounds in a row 1 side can't even take the first 2 objectives and the other is completing the game by taking them all it's time to think "Right, something obviously isn't balanced here" and to sort it out, that's pretty much the duty Admins should take if they want to run a successful server. If there's a clear advantage to 1 side and you let it stay like that, then everyone is just going to leave.

The only reason I'd come on your server is to play with fellow OcUK'ers who like hardcore mode, personally I prefer normal mode, but Hardcore is good for a change. If they all went to another server I'd avoid yours just for the attitude "Yeah we stack teams, don't like it, go else-where"

Maybe you should look at the reasons other people are whining and fix it, not act like it's not your problem in the first place.

This is whats the problem.

We have to balance teams as best as possible, all it takes is two groups (in this case PLP and WARFACE) to join and it makes things very difficult. We don't want to split up friends and we don't want to split our selves.

And Aedus thats not my attitude.

We don't intentionally stack and purposefully switch to play together. We all join the server initially to fill it up and naturally we are split. Over time, people leave and people join. TFU lot tend to play a fair few hours so after a few balances and switches it ends up that way. Not to stack but to even teams cause nobody else switches teams to balance out the numbers. More to the point they switch to the team with more like you did then whine hard when they get kicked.

Its a public server but it doesn't mean we owe anything, we have a lot of regulars and a lot of good players. You whine hard on these forums as if its your own and we owe it to you to rearrange everything when the fact is the tools just aren't available to force team balance. Until then the only tool we have is to kick.

No wonder why it lags on your server, look at all those torrents!

PS: gb is not Gigabyte, GB is ;)- you currently have 4 gigabits of RAM

Seriously don't get me wrong, I'm not having a go at you or TFU, I just think that the team stacking which happens needs to be fixed, like you said sometimes it can't be helped. There was 1 or 2 matches where it was good, I think 1 side had 3 or 4 TFU guys and the other side had 5 or 6 at a guess, which is when it was nice and balanced, each side never really had a major advantage over the other, but in the last few matches it was only you from TFU on 1 side and the rest on the other, and everyone on the losing side must have been thinking "**** this".

We've not had lag on the server unless it was purely for humor? I don't host the server from here (or at all) either so there we go :D

Swithing teams isn't the way to fix it though, all you did was cause me a headache and have to tab out and figure out who switched and even it up the only real way I can and kick.

I switched over when you lost a player and we were talking about switching but all you did was wind us up. (Not you personally the switchers in general)

Your always welcome on the server, as is anyone here. But until the admin tools are available its like banging our head against a brick wall.
 
i was on the TFU server, earlier today, and they were asking me who i was, because i was getting high score, before i could find the button to chat they kicked me!! stuff that wont be going on that server in a hurry!!
 
Aedus, everytime you play on our server you switch to the winning team right at the end of the game to get the winning team bonus. So be quiet please.

I posted that pic because we get flack for "being too noobish to play non HC".

Well, we had a disadvantage in that game as it was 5 of us vs 8 and we still won, look at our k/d's.

For the record I dont have a mic so cant really use Vent, i also joined 10 mins before the round ended.

Everything TFU do or dont do gets critiscised by people who are essentially leaches of the community. TFU pay for their own server, you use it, then you complain.

As for Taggart, I love how you come on to cause trouble, leave, then you post "if anyone wants to play on a REAL hc server come and join the DW one."

Nice malicious advertising campaign you have there.

why would i be silly, i got no reason to lie!! but thats what happend!! and you wasnt there at the time so how could you know what happend? ( there was a big message in the middle of the screen! who are you mate, then another followed by solz who are you, i was wtf is this, so i was looking for the chat button and they kicked me! tryied rejoining but server was full, my name on the server was =TFU=Solz
