photoshop help

Hi got a friend of mine and she has this photo of her on a honda fireblade doing a small wheelie.

She has asked about photoshopping it so the wheelie looks bigger! could this be done?

I said wheelie better and no need for photoshop but still i thought would ask.

Yes she is a women and yes she is fast on that blade
