When i said "that will last" I didn't mean that in a 'reliability' way.. What I meant was, something that wont look silly when I am 19 if I am still driving it for example.
Depends what you mean by semi-good. If you want 17 year old street cred, you're going to struggle (as per the civic!). The Mondeo is a relatively handsome car in the right trim/colour but you arent going to pull in one.
A focus would be a bit better in terms of coolness, but you'll get less for your money and may cost more to insure
Was looking at focuses.. but yeah, less for your money does come into the equation!
