People who are living in your country are totally different from having tourists in your country. I agree that if you wish to live in a country you should first be able to speak the native language, it's common decency. We need to tighten up our immigration laws eitherway, the aussies and kiwis have the right idea...
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the article clearly states that they forced their way in so doesn't this make it breaking and entering and hence squatters rights do not apply?

I'd have thought so, it states that they caused criminal damage to the door and windows which i assume was from breaking in.
 
They would have been shot if this happened in the US.

Mind you, the US wouldn't have let these non-English speaking foreigners enter the nation in the first place. Quite why these parasitic people haven't been removed from the land is beyond me.

Have you been to Texas, or for that matter parts of New York? In parts of the US English is rapidly being replaced by Spanish. Immigration (legal and illegal) is certaintly not a just a UK problem
