I'd like to shake that mans hand

You know what the attacker is in there for?

No... me neither! Think about it before you say something like that.
Personally I don't have a problem with them wiping each other out, but please don't canonise this guy.

The less amusing thing is that he will now ( huntley ) sue for whatever and probably get something like a 20K payout. According to the radio anyway.

Guess who pays that..... yup you guessed it.... WE DO

I love the way these criminals like to look down on another. The other guy was probably a murderer but thats ok because he didn't kill a child. So he went for a bit of notoriety by trying to take huntley.

I wouldn't want to shake his hand, i'd like him to leave jail and stop being as equal a leech on society and my tax's.

But if he left jail he would be considered unemployable so he would be on the social and get housing etc so he would be a bigger leach on society and taxes :D

One less drain on the prison system has to be a good thing and if they do it in house all the better :D

The point is you could be wanting to shake the hand of a rapist, murderer, child abuser and so on. Also celebrating this sort of 'justice' doesn't cut it for me - laws are there for a reason and Huntly got has been punished as deemed fit. Whether you agree with this or not thankfully it's how our society works.

I know, its laughable isn't it? When did paedophiles become worse than murderers? They're both thoroughly despicable.

I'd like to shake the hand of the guy who got to Ian Huntley.......such a shame he didn't succeed in snuffing the sicko out:mad:

He is willing to murder someone while in prison. So is likely to be someone serving a serious amount of time if he doesn't mind adding a murder charge to it. Now do you think he did it because he doesn't like child killers or because he will get the status from killing Huntley?
