Photoshop help please

Hi guys

I read the general section of the forums everyday but have never posted before. Always a good read

Can someone help me put the girl from the first photo into the 2nd photo please? I don't have the software or the knowledge to do this, the slicker the better

Both pics terrible quality, apologies. There is also not much room to put her in there :s

Any help appreciated
