Not where I'd like to be
The only thread I could find was to do with the trailer. Sod the trailer, the film starts a preview weekend this Friday and starts proper later next week. Who's going to see it?

I think it's going to be awesome and am looking forward to seeing a 13 year old girl butchering bad guys and swearing like a squaddy.

Hope my Odeon has it on this Friday.

I would go see it but I have no friends in Scotland to see it with and I doubt my Mum fancies watching it.

Thought the trailers for this looked great ! :)

Quite surprised that it got a 15 cert though, really thought it would get an 18 due to the nature of the film.

My gf works at French Connection head office and the FC boss is executive producer on this so she got free tickets to a preview screening, she loved it. Gutted I didn't get tickets too :(

Just came back from seeing a preview screening for this, and thought it was pretty good. Nic Cage seems to channel Adam West in his dialogue as Big Daddy but still manages to make him wicked cool in the fight scenes. Like all the reviewers have said so far, Hit Girl steals the show by far. IM2 has got a lot to do to beat this!

Read the comic and it's not great.

It's hyped up to be realistic sort of how a superheroes would get beat down.

but aside from the first fight, he is able to beat the ever loving **** out of groups of people despite never getting into fights before and shakes off massive torture in minutes.

It's just generic with the shock of a 10 year old girl some who able to slice cleanly though a human skull.
