I would have hoped you would have been more forgiving aswell , instead of just kicking, as if inbalance isnt on all servers, as soon as i could i would have switched, the first time i tried i even went running up the road to the enemy team so i would die.

You can just press Enter and bring up the squad menu you know. Can choose to switch or suicide in it. Hardly a convincing feature since a) it breaks the chat function and b) switching seems to break a lot for me.

Guys did all the servers crash last nite around 11 - 12 ish? both my servers which are on different machines seem to have crashed out?

EA back end dy again or what?

ALSO I'VE PUT A SERVER GRAPHIC ON BOTH SERVERS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU KEEP GETTING CTD'S.

I've had CTD's for the first time since playing the game yesterday siince new patch.

Anyone bettered 304 points from a markman sniper shot, got it the other day with the m95, the shot took a good second to reach my tarket and the mavity dip was judged from 2 previous attempts. :D

Think they went down around 2230, as that's when I joined and noticed nearly every server was near empty (which at this time is rare).

What's the default key for parachute? Jumped out of an ailing chopper...and became a 2D mess on the floor!

Sniping qiuiestion....the game includes bullet drop...which means if you aim from a large distance you need to aim above the head accordingly. Now...what about horizintal movement. If you are aiming from distance at a target that is running acrosss the screen...from right to left say....do you need to take into account the horixontal moveemnts of the opponent also..aswell as allowing for bullet drop????
i.e...for someone running across the screen at distance from right to left you should be aiming and firing 1-2mm to the lft of his head and also 1-2mm above his head for bullt drop...so your target position is effectively North West from centre of head for headshot.

Not always , depends on whether they are a fair distance away. If so , it helps to right click to get that tiny bit more accuracy.

But if it's close quarters I wouldn't tend to right click , no.

Do you have problems with shotgun hit registry at all? Other day I was standing about 5 yards behind an enemy just out of knife range, cursor aimed square between their shoulders then were crouched, totally still and facing the other way. 2 shots pumped into their back, neither registered, a further in their head, again didn't register. At this point he turned round and popped 1 M1911 round into my head. Sigh.

Space Bar but whether it works or not is another question...

Well obviously... I'm just never sure of the bullet speed... that and where abouts i need to hit the player for it to actually hit the hitbox thanks to pings and what not. I've had many shots with the Sniper Rifle where i swear i missed miserably yet got a kill...

Everyone has hitreg problems, the shotgun just makes it 100x more obvious. Stationary players seem to be the worst when it comes to hitreg, i've emptied 3 shells into a camping LMG Medic on a corner before and had none of them hit, then the moment he tried to back away he dropped dead from the 4th shot.

The Shotgun is really bad, I have no clue how people get stars with them. Yet im killed a lot by them. Lucky if I get a kill or 2. lol

When the hitreg is working the shotgun is an all ranger (with slugs) 1 hit killing machine. It is exceptionally powerful... but like i said, only if the hitreg is 100%

also does anyone else, at really long ranges, see stones and doors etc disapear? i do! i think i can hit someone, then it looks like ive missed . suddenly realise that the guys are probably hiding behind a rock... run up and yep they are!

I've gotten quite a few kill assists with the shotty and several medium range kills - very good weapon but slow reload time means it's not the best to use on a run an d blast-a-thon :D

I'm now more of lacing a buggy with C4 and then driving it into the enemy and then detonating it - well attempting to anyway!

That's quite a long way, best I've had was a 242 which was from the "sniper hill" of the first part of the map where you first have to assault a small island then move into a town area, took the shot from that hill all the way over to a Recon next to the B point in the town area. Bullet took about 1.5 - 2.0 seconds to reach him. Dip offset was about 2cm.

Yeah I get that, mostly on that level where you have to start assaulting the base by heading down an long road.

It was a mistake, and a very easy one at that. If you ever have to admin a server, and endure the alt-tab fun, you'll understand that it wasn't malicious. I'm amazed I haven't managed to kick myself yet.

I've kicked myself before, kicking the most recent player to join so a member could get in and I kicked my self :P Not on BC2 mind.

I've had the game two days at this stage and still haven't been able to connect to a single multiplayer game. I've tried everything - ports open, running as admin, compatibility mode. I've left it reinstalling over steam while I'm at work today, as it didn't seem to download yesterday's update.

Well annoyed at this stage :(

Did you take into account the spin of the earth and humidity, also was the bullet hand made? :D
