Would this all work together?

With a Corsair 650w TX PSU, Ecogreen F2 1.5TB HDD, ATI HD Radeon 5830 and all wrapped in the Coolermaster HAF 922 case?? :confused:

Please help if you can and thanks in advance.

Its all fine apart from the harddrive, a F3 or western digital black are faster.

agree, f3 defiantly 1tb max tho - imagine if you lost 1.5tb of data through hdd failer....ouch.

So there would be no conflicts if I bought all this right now and fumbled it all together?

I have seperate external drives for important stuff, so no real need for the 1.5 but the more the merrier I say!!

Its the speed difference that's the problem, F2 drives are 5400rpm, so if your thinking of using it as the main system drive, there are better alternatives.

Ok I will invest an extra £14 (thought it would be a lot more) in the better HDD.

There is a 1Tb black drive with 64mb of cache for £84, really fast!

Yeah that was the one I was looking at, Do you know if the motherboard with be able to or have enough space for the 3 fans in the case?

Not sure, if you goto the gigabyte website, look for the motherboard, it will either have a very detailed description or large photo of the board to count the fan headers.

Infact, the case fans may have 4pin molex connections so plug them into the psu?

I can imagine, i'd buy a new drive and restore its contents from a backup... you do keep backups, right?

Thanks for all the info guys, I bottled the last one as I had OC do it for me and then a friend liked it so much they bought it off me, which I took as a sign to build my own.

Dont suppose any of you know how to get Championship Manager 3 working on a new PC?
