Xbox 360 250 GB Hard Drive

Might upgrade mine to one of these 250's and sell the 120. Is it easy to transfer over from the 250 to 120 with a data cable?
If I sell the 120 on can they use a transfer cable or is it one shot only?

I'm in a dilemma at the moment, my 360 is pretty much dead and I can't decide whether to:

a.) Buy an arcade, use current hard drive
b.) Get an elite, transfer over to 120Gb
c.) Wait to see if they do some sort of Natal bundle
d.) Wait to see if this 360 slim business pans out

I'm gonna pre-order one then and sell on the 120. I only have about 40 gig left on the 120. I think my rockband takes up about 30 gig on its own.

That's really good for Xbox owners. When I had my PS3, I bought a 250gb HDD from here after about 2-3 days. For the cost, it was silly and pretty pointless not to. I have the 40gb model. If I see an Xbox 360 + Alan Wake bundle for a good price in the supermarket, it would be tempting knowing I could later buy one of these. Not long after Forza 3 was out, a shop was selling an Arcade + F3 for £99.99. It was tempting but then you think: I would only buy a 120 HDD for silly money and then I might as well buy buy an elite bundle at any time. I couldn't justify that for a new toy that I don't really need. That's not knocking the Xbox at all but owning a PC and a PS3, there are very few games that interest me that I can't already play.

I have just pre-ordered one. If the slim is for real, I'll buy one and sell this drive on, should I no longer need it. If not i'll be upgrading my ageing first revision 20gig (4th refurb unit from MS) to the latest Valhalla at some point, fat version or not.

My 20 gig doesn't cut it. I need COD4 and Forza 3 installed at the same time to avoid the horrendous drive noise, and with my arcade collection, i just don't have the space right now. And that's before any demos/videos etc are downloaded.

I've had mine since close to launch and I am wanting to buy another too, so I'm waiting for mine to die and then just get a console bundle of the 250gb's later down the line. I'd have got the FF13 one but I already got the game on it's own and getting it in a bundle is mainly to get it cheaper (cost of console, hard drive, controller and new game all in one). Maybe it would be cheaper to just buy the hard drive and an arcade console seperately though.

Not even got a lot of stuff on my 60gb
Well you can always install games just to make them run better (less pop in or whatnot), faster and quieter if you've got lots of space left. Then demo's, XBL titles and saves can take up some space. I bought ninnja gaiden black and that was around 6gb there.
Only reason I want a 250gb hard drive is to install tons of games since I have around 30 and some I'd play again if they played better (last remnant, Oblivion) and some would just be quicker but not game changingly so.
