Do what I did, play on some Hardcore servers until you level up a bit then come back to the normal servers.
HC means aiming is out of the window and it's easy to get kills and rank up.

Just don't look at your KDR while your there
Didn't really have a problem with that, in fact I'm worse on the normal servers because I get less kills.
Also saw PB kicking left right and centre last night for aimbots and such, if you're still not running PB you need to keep a very close eye....
I mainly play hardcore, but find Normal easier for the little things.
The spotting is almost like hacking when your not used to it! I've got quick reflexes in the sense that I can soak up a couple of bullets and still get the kill. In hardcore you don't have chance to react.

It does my head but our server seems to reset at like 1.30am , if that didn’t happen then I’m sure it would stay full all nite long.
Our death match server is really busy in fairness, it takes 1 – 2 people to kick that off!
Must say tho I played on our SQDM server for 3 hours last nite, was the most fun I’ve ever had on FPS games… Loves it

uv, myself, link to insanity, windle, aedus all have admin rights.

Its terrible. You can tell its designed for consoles in mind. I lookforward and hammer the Q key and it spots 3 people for me that im not even pointing at!
One can live in hope that BF3 will not be for consoles and be more like BF2. ie good

The problem is what can you do?
No way to force a team switch, can't exactly kick people for being on the winning team. Kicking switchers is probably the only thing that can be done to prevent it from getting worse.
This is what we are facing aswell. Usually relies on us splitting ourselves up with others on Vent which isn't anywhere near as much fun.

Yeah. It's a difficult one indeed.
I'd probably be happy to take a look at it though - it's possible that there may have been clan stacking or something obvious. At the very least, a server message asking a few people to swap teams might help. Probably not, but worth a try

Water of a ducks back as far as flak is concerned tbh, especially at the moment, we are almost at the point now where we cba to even warn people, if they cant read the server notes or use common sense with regards balance then its not really our issue.
Every {SAS} member will without fail be the first to switch when the numbers get out of whack or the game is unbalanced and tbh it makes it a bit of a pita not being able to play together but the upshot is most rounds are close to within a few tics.
End of the day the admin support and back end stuff is in such a mess, to feel bad about anything you do would be madness, if half the whiners spent just 10 mins trying to admin a 32/32 server they would be making far more noise about that, than what just happened to them.

If u just hammer the Q key it disables ur ability to spot for a minute or so to avoid spamming.
I got the 5th assault unlock (I think its like the M16?) on sunday, along with the red dot laser sight its lethal! I snuck into the enemy base and three guys were all sprinting along ..... took em all out with headshots twas awesome!

What rewards does the Q key bring? Did it last night and spotted a number of people, but that was it?
I'm really behind on the rankings and pickups, but to be honest my main problem is my framerate which hovers at 30 when nothing happens then sits around 20-25 in general bumming around. Then my screen turns into a Jpeg once fighting commences
