....Any particular reason for the quickness? Unless your comfortable with the weight obviously
I'd always imagine its better to go slower?
To get the most reps in one minute?

Awesome job Benny. Get the hell out of the 1xBW category please.

It's a max rep challenge?! For the 1.5xBW & 2xBW they will be more challenging and require pacing myself. That weight for me isn't particular challenging. As you can see I didn't need to stop during the minute so going slower would only lower my achieved reps![]()

Yeah my bad forgot it was a comp
Gotta be careful though, could screw the lower back
Regular deadlifts are no where near as fast obviously.
You could say that about any deadlift speed/rep/weight combination. The deadlift is a perfectly safe exercise when performed properly and within your capabilities. It's often when people try to exceed their limits where injuries occur.

Yep
Understanding now, must be tired / delousional
I'll keep watch on the thread anyway![]()
That made me LOL for some reason...

Probably because its spelled entirely wrong![]()

Got a chuckle from me too!
I tell you what that attempt hasn't half ruined me! Absolutley knackered now! Wide grip chins, B.O.R's, Pull Down, DB Rows, Seated Row, Back Shrugs, some side raises & bicep isolation followed that!

Hehe
Awesome, going to ache a bit tommorrow then![]()
Probaly wasn't the best choice of day to do that!
Edit2: Also is 45 correct? in which case I'll update the spreadsheet.
I liked the way that the other guys just stopped to watch as well.
I'll bloody give it a good go though!

I'm taking the week off training, when I'm ready to resume - I'll be trying for endurance so if it takes me above a minute - so be it!
