Why are ATi failing at drivers latley.

Wait for the 10.3 HOTFIX in a few days. lol

Works fine for me and I bet the vast, vast majority of ATI users out there who have no need to post online on forums, since they have no problems to post!

Generally speaking, if something goes wrong for you but not for everyone else, the problem lies with something else in your computer and not the drivers.

I went from 10.2 to these 10.3 and they work fine.

I was in the understanding that these might allow me to use a seperate ICC colour profile as i use a calibrator.. Not! colour control for individual monitors is in CCC only :( miffed. Why can't they have CCC call an ICC profile for individual monitors in Eyefinity? That way it would cover both in game and desktops without having to change from extended to Eyefinity. Stupid i say.

these make avp flicker badly

I just checked mine, DX11 eyefinity maxed @ 5760X1200 and its running sweet

I still can't have my second monitor, which is a Dell P790 CRT, to use the 72Hz @ 1600x1200 setting which I know for a fact it supports.

I had to add the resolutions and frequencies my crt supports to the driver before installation - for some reason ati deemed them unnecessary :/

There's a post covering how to do this on the catalyst forum.

With the 10.3a driver i was getting drops in the framerate with all games, like when i am playing BC2 i normally get 50+ avg but with these drivers every 5 mins or so the fps drops to 30 or below 20 for 30 secs, that is with driversweeper deleting the old drivers so i need to put back 10.2 back on later.

Interesting. I was using the 10.3 betas from a few weeks ago and they are pretty good. Tried the 10.3a preview and they were shockingly bad for my GSOD issue. Games were unplayable. Have reverted to the betas and they seem fine. Played BC2 for 3+ hours with no drama at all. Going to try the 10.3 WHQL next.
