1. I wont put any reserve slots on any of my servers, its easier to just kick people and make room. Don’t bother with this! Just kick the people in far away countries, that way it gives your server less lag and lower ping ;) haha
2. Don’t even bother with BC2cc, use procon, its amazing!

1. I suspect most have the bulk of their clan members, buddies in it. The reserved system is bugged because when you add someone to the reserve list it takes out a slot just for them. So if you have 10 people on the list, it takes out 10 slots for them. Bad programming tbh.

2. There are now several custom admin programs, use one of them if you don't like the default. OcUK BFBC2 program is currently running ProCon.

Because as it stands you can't create a list of players eligible for 1 reserved slot.

Every player you add it creates a reserved slot for them.
 
Is there many clans playing BC2 at the moment? Is there any ladders or Leagues up and running?

Really getting into the game now, playing medic seriously reminds me of playing medic on RTCW back in the day. Would really like to see how this game pans out competitively. What would the best format be for scrims?

PS** how do you add servers to favourites? I would like to join the servers in OP :D

This works amazingly on Laguna Alta when FF is off.

As assault get a mate to drive a quad & put 6xC4 on it, let him drive next to their APC. Blow it on his command. Quad doesn't explode due to no FF, and you get the points. He drives back to you, rinse repeat.

Very lame but at least none of use the CG or the 40MM HE as primary weapon. Saw a r7 the other day with 5 gold stars in the noobtube, perma-ban would've been incoming if I had admin!

Yeah mate there are ladders coming slowly, we are waiting on DICE to give us more control over the servers. As you can see in my sig, our clan =TFU= has just bought a death match server to get practicing on and learning the maps ready for when the ladders come out. If you’re looking for proper matches then I’d seriously consider joining us. We are always looking for people who want to play in squads and ladders:

we have one slot reserved if we cant get on we DONT KICK ANYONE ! we wait until a slot is free . kicking people off your server to make way for other people isnt a good practice but each has there own opinion.

there are a few tools u can use which are simple and take seconds to login and do all the simple things needed to be done.

this is our server we mostly go on in afternoon it is normal mode rush not hardcore.

I see ESL have started 2 cups Conquest and Squad Rush.

Great stuff!

The trial period is more like a get out clause for us, we’ve had guys come on vent and all they do is moan, rage and be arsey. We all rage and moan but dam we can’t stand it when its all people do haha! So aslong you’re not like that all will be good.

Both of you are more than welcome. Our vent can be very busy at times as we have an active CSS clan who are in ED as we speak (were in ESL) So we’re no strangers to the competitive side of gaming. Just drop into the Battlefield channel and way to go ;) .

Tbh if you’re that interested in matches and scrims, I’m sure Gornal could do with a hand arranging it all as he’s the official WAR officer. We are going to be sorting out the leagues and registering Saturday funny enough. I’m just about to do a load of promotions in the clan as we’ve had a lot of new guys (quite a few from here). We are quite structured funny enough.

In all we currently have around 20 + active players in the BF side of it and around 10 in CSS. We not bothered about being a massive clan, more along the lines of having quality over quantity.

We are a casual clan with Hardcore aspects, in that if you say your going to play in a match we hope you’ll turn up and if not give us warning so we can find someone else. However people are free to come and go as they please, if they just want to play in the odd match and having fun on the public its totally cool with us.

Anyone who joins us will have the opportunity to join admin so long as trial goes ok and you’ve spent a bit of time as full member. All news guys are voted in by our current members as they have the final say on everything. =TFU= has its own bank account, After 2 – 3 weeks of setting up battlefield thanks to donations and monthly admin standing orders buy in’s, we’ve got enough to easily afford the public 32man server and the Death match server. We will be bring more servers online depending on how many more admin we take on.

We’ve got a friendly match this Friday and Saturday at 10.30pm against: 2 Ocuk teams and {SAS}. Your welcome to join us. I personally prefer to play on our Death match server as we squad up and own haha ;)

Just be glad the bc patach arn;t 800mb + and have to be done i nserial any more :p
