Can anyone recommend me a good (NON TOUCHSCREEN) PAYG phone

1) Pretty much all 'good' phones nowadays have touchscreens.
2) They've vastly superior for mobile devices anyway, due to the space. You're going to have to get used to them sooner or later, as they become more integrated.

Glad I'm not alone.

Basically want a nicely made (not plastic) phone with a decent camera and screen. A browser would be nice.

But most of all it has to be snappy/responsive in use....
 
Out of interest whats wrong with touchscreens? I have a qwerty keyboard on my xperia but I still find the touchscreen incredibly useful.

Once you've used something like opera mobile with a touchscreen for browsing you will not go back I promise you :D
 
I have an ipod touch and i dont like its touchscreen. Typing on a touchscreen just isnt as nice as buttons. Also I have opera mini on my buttons phone and it works perfectly well.
 
Oh yeah it works fine, but its nothing like as good as a decent touchscreen (IMO the ipod/iphone ones are naff) the resistive touchscreen on my xperia is perfection :D
 
I bet you could pic up one of Blackberry's lower end phones for £150 or less if you shopped around. Like a BB Curve. I really like my BB. I've had it for a few weeks ago.

Android phones you can turn on vibrate on button press. Makes it really easy and nice to type.
 
Jesus christ what a collection of epic fail replies. There are plenty of good non-touch phones yet people try to thrust them on him, and cheap ones at that. Cheap touch screen for the lose, there really is no need.
