Probably more than you think, however the sensible ones will keep it quiet due to the attention it seems to generate from some sections of the board.

TBH, most of the time being a moderator / admin is thankless work. You do your job, and people think "yep, you're doing what you should be." you disagree with them, or make one tiny mistake and they're happy to jump down your throats in a "fight the power" attitude.
