hi there i have the above motherboard and i want to overclock the i7 i bought it overclocked but somehow i went back to default i might have been my fault can you tell me the setting to do that in the bios please

I've the same board.

If you got it from OcUK the overclock will be stored in the profiles section of the bios.

if this doesnt work, you can write down the bios settings and i will post up some settings to try

might be best to put the rest of your spec down so we can check it out

I've got a webnote in about the exact same problem currently.

I have thus far been completely unable to find the profiles section of the BIOS too

Where the 'Load Optimized Defaults' option is, look just below it
