Couldnt find the jack one last time so bought HP.

Smoked sauce. Like a sort of Hickory.

Get some chicken wrap smoked bacon round it and pop in oven for a bit so chicken is cooked. grate strong cheddar over it and lager with smoked sauce pop back in let it all melt and viola a lovely and easy dish.

Don't tell her, it doesnt taste like parma ham when cooked, she probably just dislikes it being raw and cured.
