New ati drivers 10.3b

Are these newer than the OGL 4.0 drivers?

If so, are people installing these over the OGL 4.0 drivers?

Think the links are borked at the mo. But once working try a custom install as that will show you each part of the driver and whether it is an update or not.
And normally the installer will only let you go up, not down.

But hopefully someone will post soon. As I am off to game a bit with the OGL4.0 ones. :)

are they newer than this :]

These constant driver updates make nvidia look really freaking slow. :D

TBH having to install new drivers every week isn't something I enjoy doing, I've owned BC2 for about 2wks now installed 2 newer drivers since then that did nothing so it's good that they've finally fixed the bugs.

I haven't "had" to install any of these drivers, but I welcome the chance to try them out and reap any benefits without waiting 6 months like nvidia.

OGL 4.0 driver info to compare.

In the OGL4 drivers the d3d driver is the same version as the driver you posted plus an updated version of the OpenGL one (6.14.10.9826)

The driver package on the drivers you linked is newer though.

Interesting stuff, will have to try both and see which run better :D

Just ran Heaven 2.0

10.3a

A lot smoother with the new driver, I never tested the Final 10.3 or the OGL 4.0 one though.

Just tried this set in BC2 and I get better performance plus AA works properly for the first time, same with vsync. Keeping these until something better crops up or a serious error.

Had to fully uninstall the ogl4 ones to allow these to be installed as they are an "older" version which is worth taking note if your switching between the drivers like me :P
