Best reasonbly priced Socket 1366 Watercooling setup

What would be the most reasonbly priced but is very good at cooling a 1366 slot processor. I am going to do water cooling for a i7 930 and a nvidia 480 when a water block is available.

I bet the 480 will boil half of the water in the loop off.

exactly what overclock can you get with these waterblocks ect.

That will vary chip to chip / mobo to mobo

EDIT: at 2.9ghz you won't be needing to watercool anwyay, good air will get you to 3.6ghz WITH THE RIGHT CHIP and mobo. even then it doesn't guarentee an overclock, just cooler and quieter
