i think this race shows they need to sort aero and tires out, softs shouldnt last 50+ laps even if you drive super smooth. hamilton and webber were doing 1:28s on new softs, button managed a 1:29 and everyone else was low 1:30s.

hamilton and webber 1.8 seconds faster on newer softs than alonso and couldnt get past.

We'll find out whether they had to bring him in as he was burning them through too quick or not. He was working his way through the second set already, so looks like he had to come in?
