How much do you think this book would be worth?

I didn't believe this at first, but I've nearly been convinced that this is genuine.

I got told by an employee that his friend's uncle has a, wait for it..... Signed copy of Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler, and when I say signed, I mean signed by Hitler. If such a book were to exist, how much do you think it would be worth?

I haven't been asked to find out or anything, and I won't bother him, I'm just curious myself. I'd say it's probably close to priceless, but I've no real idea of a monetary value, what do you reckon?
