Hopkins vs Jones II is this weekend.

What is Roy thinking by taking this fight. He has already beat Hopkins in his prime, there is no point in him risking his major trump card he has over him, why give him the satisfaction.

Jones looked so weak in his last fight, he is shot to pieces.

I can't stand Hopkins, he spouts so much ****. I hope Roy does something special and shows Bernard he was always a level above him.

Cant see anything other than a Hopkins win. Jones has been so inconsistent in his last 10 fights, think he's got a 5w-5l record in them.

Why Roy won't retire is anyones guess, the guy was an all time great in his pomp if he'd have retired after the Ruiz fight he'd have been remembered as such. Instead he's getting beat up by nobodys like Danny Green!

Hopkins on the other hand is still as wily an old fox as he's ever been and hasn't lost much of his skill. This rematch is about 10 years too late!

Jones is going to get beat up simple as imo.

Would like to see Hopkins win this one.
I don't really like his style but he offers far more to the sport today than Roy Jones Jnr does.

Pointless fight all round though.

Pretty bad fight on all counts. Jones is hinting at retirement. Hopkins is still looking for a big pay day.

What a sad sight to see Roy Jones in such a fight.

He was unquestionably the best p4p on the planet at his peak and I hate to see him still fighting when his fire and skills have long since gone.

Horrible horrible fight.

Jones should have just printed off his record from Boxrec and p***ed all over it.

His record is a shambles now. Hopkins has no shame, fighting Roy at this point in his career like it means something.

Disgrace.

Such a bad way to go, from someone who was so good at his game. Unstoppable in every bout and went about it in such a stylistic way. Easily the best p4p in the 90's and not only p4p but the most entertaining. It's obviously true, you never really recover from a brutal knockout as he did from Tarver, Psychologically he became gun shy after that brutal knockout, and it cost him. Especially as it happened straight after with Glenn Johnson. Terrible shame.

Ummm Ricky Hatton take note son !! take note .

Lets have a reminder of how good Jones used to be.

This was a highlight video I did of him

Watching Roy Jones Jnr never grows old.. I can recall when Nigel Benn in an interview said, I just want to fight RJJ, I'll know I'll lose cos he's that good, but just to say I've been in the ring with him, I just want to fight him. The man is unbelievable. (at least it was along those lines, pulled from memory from a good 17yrs ago)

Jesus how did the guy in the black sparkling shorts stay on his feet for so long. RJJ was a awesome fighter , forgot how good until I watched that video!
