Call of Duty 7: Black Ops

pfft.. do we need more of the same again? they will earn millions from fans which are still hopping it will be something as big as cod4 which to me was just a "normal" game nothing too impresive?!?
 
90% of the people that say they won't buy it, will buy it. Just look at all the people that caved in and bought MW2.

Can't see another Call of Duty game doing bad tbh. It'll sell like hotcakes on both console and PC.
 
i reckon i'll get it because all of the CoD series kicked ass until MW2 ruined it. glad i didnt buy it after playing it at a mates house. boring singleplayer. crap multiplayer with tons of flaws (IMO). awful game. :(
 
Still haven't bought MW2, those that did are just funding the slow and painful dismantling of pc gaming. This be different, Treyarch listen to the community and actually make changes.

Shame really.

Likely but i've stuck by my gums, bought it on the 360 though but sold it at the same price.

Won't buy the next one though.
 
Is it yet known why Zampella was fired by Activision?

Also, how can Activision fire someone from another company, Infinity Ward?

Also, I doubt this will have IW.net support owing to it not being developed by Infinity Ward.

I say we all purchase this new game to show IW and Activision how much they screwed up on Modern Warfare 2. After all, it would be unfair if Treyarch were punished for the stupidity of IW and Activision.

Then again, we could all just give them the finger and put our money elsewhere, this is what I will be doing most likely although we shall see.

I only played MW1/2 because they had very strong SP story lines so it will be interesting to see if a different developer can do what IW did so well.
 
Wasn't very impressed with the stability of WAW, I think game play went in a nice direction from CoD4 but all of a sudden I would have a lot of CTD's, sound issues etc - widely reported, although Treyarch didn't seem interested in or capable of patching. So that mixed with Infinity Ward going bat **** insane leaves me thinking, screw this franchise.
 
'Call of Duty 7: Black Ops' will also feature the popular zombie mode from predecessor CoD: World At War, in which players get to shoot down hordes of the undead.
