best/fastest/most stable 580 driver (win7)

Im using the 10.3a drivers. There was a considerable jump in FPS from the 10.3 beta and appart from the flickering on dual monitor setups ive had no problems. Not sure if the 10.3b is worth it yet but thats just my opinion.
If it fixes the dual monitor issue then I make take theplunge but so far ive seen no definate yes or no.

I believe it does as it raise's the 2D clocks on the GPU core to 400 as stop the flicker. Something to do with powerplay. Or I could be talking complete nonsense as I've not been to sleep yet.
