Hi all

I am in the process of putting together my new watercooling system. However I am stuck. I have purchased the Eheim pump with the optional mini resevoir on the side. My problem is, I can not seem to source the correct barbs to use for it.

The threaded portion on the pump itself seems to take a 3/8" BSF and the port on the res seem s to take a 1/2" BSF. I am using tubing with an ID of 8mm and an OD of 11mm.

I can not seem to find the correct size barbs anywhere. Any ideas???

well we cant list shops other then ocuk on the forum, so what your asking is not really gonna warrant a response.
but there are many dedicated shops that u would probs find what you need, one begins with chilled and the other water.
lol

Photo of the kit will help, not clear what it is you are describing, particularly these threads.

I realise this, however I was hoping someone would tell me I was being stupid and OCUK does actually sell what I need.

I'll try and explain a little clearer. I need the barb side to be able to take hose with an ID of 8mm. I then need the threaded/screw portion that will screw into my pump and res to be 3/8" and 1/2" respectively.

ocuk have a limited watercooling section , your mixing and matching your fitting sizes which is kinda not good really. your going to have to get some adaptors 3/8 - 8/10 or 8/11 and 1/2 - 8/10 or 8/11

iv done a quick check and the only thing i found was this:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-013-PB&groupid=962&catid=1529&subcat=1744
which will go to a more (imo) standard 1/4 fitting and then you can just get a fitting to go from 1/4 to 8/10 or 8/11.

like i said i know for a fact that other stores would stock these (as in dedi watercooling shops) - you can never expect to get everything from one store im afriad so google is your friend.
