Want to go crossfire but dont know whether my motherboard will bottleneck

Hi looking to buy 2 4870s as my friend selling for £60 each but can anyone tell me how much of a bottleneck I will get on my motherboard

One of the slots is x4 speed

Looking to get better fps in bad company and play crysis on very high on 22inch

System atm

Also if not don't have to go down crossfire route but want best value for money, check the clearance gpus in overclockers website they have gtx 260 and 4890 and 9800gx2

Can someone tell me what route is best to do

You would have the natural crossfire problems, and your motherboard would slow one of them down.

Don't bother, its too much hassle.
