Boxing Season

Boxing season is well and truly underway. In the next two months we have all of these fights coming up:

In the next two months there is also:

Haye vs Ruiz

Kessler vs Froch

Katsidis vs Mitchell (should be a great match for British and Aussie fans)

These are all great match ups on paper, except for maybe Williams vs Cintron which is a bit of a mismatch.

I'm particularly looking forward to seeing Pavlik vs Martinez, (I'm picking Martinez to win that one), and of course PBF vs Mosley.

Haye to win, probably by KO or wide UD

50/50 Kessler vs Froch. Kessler is my favorite fighter though.

Williams to win.

not sure about Pavlik Martinez.

PBF vs Mosley. I'd like Mosley to win but PBF will probably do it.

haye to win by ko in the mid rounds
martinez will make pavlik miss for sometime before getting himself ko'ed
froch will somehow beat kessler SD
fatso arreola will probably win by late ko
mayweather will beat mosley by a dodgy decsion

Hope not, Adamek is in shape and seems to be doing well.

Adamek is crazy. His style is to get stuck in the trenches and go to war with his opponents. He hits and he gets hit, and usually comes out on top... But Arreola has to be the worst choice of opponent for him, and it was Adamek who was calling him out! If I was a cruiserweight planning to go to war in the heavyweight division in a slugfest, Arreola would be the absolute last person I would want in the ring opposite me.

Arreola wins this one for me, but he does have well documented fitness problems and couldn't even get in shape for the biggest fight of his life against Vitali. Adamek has to exploit that, but I just don't see it happening.
