Is this wrong (kissing mum)

I kiss my Mum on the lips, but not to say goodbye on just a normal day. If its Christmas or birthday and i'm saying thankyou or something though I will.

Ive seen some stuff in my time that might seem weird to others but being from somerset and also the town of bridgwater its quite the norm to us.

Is the town slogan "Incest is best, keeping it in the family" or something?

anyway, shes a milf yeah? so next time it happens, you have to ask "Where's my goodbye kiss?"

That's definitely the problem, that right there. Having lived here for 9 years myself, I'm sure we both know what it's like in the case of that your Mum could also be your Aunt/Grandmother/Sister/Girlfriend. It probably doesn't happen else where, most parents would prob just give a quick peck on the cheek... Unless she was specifically trying to embarrass him?
