Unlocking a Phenom II 550 on an ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO

Just tried to do this with a 555 in my m4a785td-m with no luck so far, bios reports it as 4 cores unlocked however it just hangs at the windows loading screen oh well

I don't even get that far, my pc just completly refuses to post when i turn on unleash mode.

I have also noticed that my bios is asking for setup to be run twice now after increasing the multiplier upto x17

any idea's ??

tbh sounds like your chip simply wont unlock, ive had one that did the same

I can enable unleashing mode and select either 3 or 4 cores, but the system just hangs after restart.

If you enable ACC and chose "PER CORE" it brings up a list of each core "0, 1, 2, 3" with a value next to it "-2"
what do these values do/mean? I've read tha people have got cores working by adjusting these values along with vcore voltage and cpu-nb voltages.

I sorted my issue just flashed the bios again and did the same OC to x17 Multiplier and rebooted my machine several times and it works fine :)
