CPU upgrade

At the mo on the second pc is a AMD x2 6200. (none overclocked)
Am looking to upgrade just the cpu. would this one give me a noticeable diffrents in everyday usage.

agreed, I owned one, not the best CPU, this i7 rocks now tho

yup, I suggest an athon 250 on the budget side, then the likes of a 720 up to the enthusiast 955/i5 750
