Could you guys/girls please recommend some good skins for Vista and/or the best place to find quality skins?

Also I need a quick rundown on how you actually skin it.

To save from making a new topic - do you still have to download a modified DLL to install Windows 7 skins, or was that only mandatory in XP?

Yes, you need to apply a patch. I used this for Windows 7.
