Hi,
Since i did my rebuild my watercooled temps have one from 32-35 load to more like 45....

Is that a problem...? i havnt reseated the graphics card block or anything....

The pump could have been slightly damaged as it was running dry for a few seconds but i doubt that .... ???

Ps.... Since the 32-35 temps i have also got rid of my second graphics card that was also in the loop.

My 5850 runs at 45-50C (900 core) with a full cover EK block. It's fine.

Interesting that it's higher since you removed one card, I guess there's more load on the one card now maybe?

I have a 5850 with a full cover EK block which runs in the living room. Depending on ambient my temps vary between 28 - 34c idle and can go as high as 48c running furmark.

O that is ok then... The 32-35 was previous load temps, on both graphics cards, that was on supposedly 100% load on both.....

The graphics cards were then on the beggining of the loop so probably got more flow than now as it is now at the end of the loop....

also it is just before my new res (ek multioption) and am using the bottom fittings which is not great for flow as there is lots of water on top of i restricting flow...

Anyway.... my load temps seem to be more like yours now so im happy with that :)

EDIT:
My idle temps on the gpu are currently 22 degrees :O Its not even that cold in here.
Unoverclocked in msi kombuster (basiaclly furmark) it is 35-36 load.
Overclocked at 900 it is 42
