exterior Vertical tower rad ...am i going mad?

Is there such a thing as a tower radiator that goes on the outside of your pc case? I remember seeing one ages ago. its around 3-4 feet high, round, its about the same width/length of a pringles tube. Ive looked every where and cant see one :/ Am i going mad?

im just on look out for anything that can go on the outside of my case and cool 2 gpu's and cpu and dosnt look like a big black box -_-
