You have not really given much information.In short both processors are very similar on gaming peformance so if you want value for money go and just do gaming go with the i5.
 
Should be able to, others to look at are P7P55D I believe is a good board, but it will increase the the price by £20 ~
 
Think I have to go with asus as i have crossfire and a essence stx and the only place it will fit is in between the to graphic cards which will be really tight, all gigabyte designs are the same
