It runs with absolutely zero slow down ever on full settings on 1920x1080 everything maxed on my 5850, weird that others are having issues
I've been using mines lately and on the choke points on rush you can definately rack up a nice amount of points. I've noticed though that most of the sub machine guns are pretty rubbish though unless you are at near enough melee range and stood still lol. The earlier ones seem to be the better of the bunch as the damage goes down and down as you get the later unlocks lol.
I've only got medic and eng unlocks left at the moment and I think im on the last tier of each of them.

I can recall seing some people with OcUK in their clan tags early this afternoon. Anyways, I am interested in joining if regular bums like me are allowed in. I just want to have some decent squad gameplay, competetive or not.
I am 19 so you won't be hearing me screeming down the mic or anything like that. I am also active (play daily) and will be playing all day tomorrow becuase of my new 5870 will be arriving shortly and I can't wait to do a test run.

I dislike the engi's guns so almost always opt for a shotgun. For some reason the smgs just feel like your taking a waterpistol to a gunfight.
Engi was my last class to level up and I rarely play it unless its a armour heavy map, and even then I normally play another class and avoid vehicles.
I disagree with assault having crud guns, the AN-94 with 4x scope its deadly accurate and you can almost snipe with it. 2x squeezes of the trigger in the chest/head area and its game over. And of course you have the toooob

Happened quite a few times to me but only as assault for some reason, never had it bug when playing recon. Normally end up trying to detonate the C4 manually with a grenade explosion or shooting it.
Got 3/4 gold stars in C4 and haven't had that before.
Did you die? They changed it from the beta where you could detonate C4 after you died.

OcUK tags are just so we know whos from the forum (those of us that are not in clans that is)
Nope no death. Hindsight says I should have just shot the C4 on it, or quickly dropped an ammo pack for another, but you live and learn. Just a heads up anyway, watch out for it
Are there any servers where sniper rifles aren't allowed? it gets seriously annoying dying from them and I prefer the close action, it gets in the way of a lot of the fun when snipers are just picking everybody off from a distance.

EA are pretty strict about this , hence no "No Sniper" servers.
What? Like they enforce it or something?
Surely if you've paid for the game and paying for the server, it's up to you and other people can go to another server if they don't like it?
Yeah they shut down servers , well at least the GSP's shut them down.
It happened in 2142 with Knife Only servers , you cannot restrict the gameplay as it says in the contract when you sign up for a game server.
Yeah it's a shame, they really twisted the idea of having "your own server".

Anyhoo, it's been what, a month now? I see the same bugs I stopped playing for in hopes they'd be fixed. Most importantly the bug where I shoot someone and they don't get hurt.
A bit of a downer considering the whole point in the game is to point and click, makes you wonder how many times you should have killed someone, or should not have in reality. Same goes for the person shooting you, it's like half the time it's random.
Not to mention double kills, getting tired of that :x
