Saw this today in 3D. Surprised at the leaps & bounds that 3D has come along since the Mid 80's (Jaws & Amityville 3D spring to mind  ). Even in 2D this is a very good family film IMO.

So I'm recommending this film to everyone who want to keep their kids quiet for a couple of hours over Easter. Kept my sisters 2 boys entertained for 90 minutes & I can't praise it any more for it doing so. ;)

Saw this tonight and it was awesome. One of a few Dreamworks pictures that I'd throw up there with the Pixar stuff but was truly excellent.

Ive seen the posters around and the odd teaser on tv but haven't really paid attention. Just watched the full trailer, looks awesome :) Ill have to go check this one out.

edit: it has an average of 97% on rotten tomatoes. Funky.

This seems to be getting some pretty awesome reviews. I am going down to watch this later in 3D, over clash of the titans 3D.

I will no doubt catch COTT soon but I will see what I make of this tonight...

I saw this with my daughter today at the Imax Waterloo in 3D. She loved it. I LOVED it. Great film :D

The main dragon is soooo cute :D

Saw the trailer for this and have wanted to see it since. I am however, very put off by the film title.

Same goes for Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs, great film, but a rubbish title!

Would this be suitable for a 5 & 7 year old? Are there any 'scary' dragons? (Asking for their benefit :))

Scary? lol...they're all pretty cartoony to be honest...'scariest' one is the one that sets itself on fire I guess... :p

I loved this film to be honest, VERY well done I feel, could watch it again at some point :)

And yes hopefully watch COTT at some point :p

Meh, title does throw it off...but its nothing like it says really...Dunno if I should carry on otherwise I may give the obvious away

I've constantly been referring to this film as "Paint your Dragon", no wonder the customers have been confused :o

My daughter is 6 and wasn't at all scared. Most of the dragons are actually cute. The main dragon looks a bit like a cat :)

Took my 7 years old to see this today. Awesome film, I loved every minute of it. My lad seemed to enjoy it too. One of my favorite animated films now, and easily on a par with Monsters Inc, Nemo and the first Shrek.

Loved it, very good film. Did anyone else think the lil dragon looked like the alien out of Lilo and Stitch? Looks like the same artist to me.
