Teaser text, no alt_text for you :p ..........................................................________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________________

Nope, I haven't bought a hundred GTX295s. More of my rig having fallen over on the second day I've been away

It's actually partly OK (GPUs fine) so either my complex SMP safety-net system has kicked into action/gone oopsie (set it to shut down SMP if temps get too high until I can properly calibrate my o/c) or I've picked up an A1 unit and gone into a 24-hour (read: until I get back, as it'll probably just try the same A1 unit in 24 hours' time) sleep mode as a result.
Place your bets now :p

A1, I reckon :p They seem to be making a comeback, annoyingly.

Would it be possible to install LogMeIn on the rig, so you could give it a kick if it fubars whilst away?

Something made my PC crash 2 days ago :( Probably not FaH-related but I did lose out on 2 full days' folding!

I am back home now and my rig is crunching away again. :)

Turns out both my GPU clients had stopped at some point today too!:(

Both of them got a dodgy WU and hit the EUE Limit. I got them going again not long after my previous post earlier.

Seems I get hit by the Stan machine-no-worky-properly bug when I am away too!

Well I'm rather confused. I got back and it had restarted and was waiting for me to input my settings, like when you first set it up. No idea why it terminated and restarted either; I don't think there was an A1 unit and I don't think it got restarted due to heat.
I'm going to look up LogMeIn, that sounds like a good plan.

Hopefully we're just about at the end of the dreaded A1 cores!
