Boxer Shorts. Anywhere for bargains?

Why on earth anyone would spend £30, or even half that, on a pair of pants is beyond me.
Madness!

If ya pull a girl who sees you in your primark pants, she would be less impressed than if you were in some trendy skids! :)

If a girl is impressed by the brand of your underwear I'm not sure why you'd want to pull them anyway.

Well if I pulled a girl and she was wearing some cheapass offwhite lingerie I wouldnt be feeling too impressed myself. Gotta have a little bit pride in ya duds!

Paying like 300% increased cost on some underwear just because it has some other mans name stitched into it for the sole reason of pulling women is a bit weird though, don't you think?

Don't get me wrong I'm as bad as the next person when it comes to buying costly clothing, but only stuff you can actually see such as jeans, shirts, shoes and so on. Underwear doesn't warrant the extra cost (and before anyone asks, yes I have tried both cheap and expensive).

Primark are doing fairly decent 'slacks' at the moment. They don't have the 'Primark essentials' bit proudly emblazened above the crotch for a change; they're completely plain.

If you want a bargain, there it is. Otherwise you're looking at spending upwards of £15 for 2-3 pairs on the 'cheap' end of the scale, which is still ridiclious.

The fact that several people on a computer forum have pointed out that a shop which usually caters for complete ***** scum sells CK boxer shorts at a discount price probably means that if you were originally going to purchase a few pairs of Calvin Klein boxers for the sake of the label then you probably now shouldn't bother.

Topman are reasonable if you don't want a 'label' and usually have a large selection. If you do want a label then I'd suggest anything other than Calvin Klein.

You are right, no arguing that mate, but I think its probably just the same as anything else you buy, being seen isnt the issue, its knowing yourself that your in nice gear.

Ill admit I dont normally wear fancy boxers, but its now that Ive decided I want some. My jeans have a tendancy to hang off my ass so my waistband often comes into view, so its a bit of a fashion thing i spose. I currently wear plain ones.

underu.com has some fairly decent deals on branded stuff + free uk delivery at the minute and even has 10% quidco

:p

I've never yet managed to "pull a girl" that stopped to check what brand my pants* are. Normally they are whipped of very quickly as the contents of my pants are far more interesting.

* M&S by the way.

exactly! what girl is going to get all the way to you wearing just your underwear, to say "yuck tesco value pants! i'm outta here".

Debenhams. 100% cotton. Great fit, look decent.

Avoid Primark boxers like the plague. They do great fake sports socks, but their panties leave something to be desired.

cheers dissy, seems zavvi have some bargain keks.
