been a few years since i went, but i remember it being damn pricy. was thinking of going there tomorrow, but how pricy is it in comparison to places like it? worth it or not

Have a look online, they will have a menu I'm sure........

Prices are no different than any other chain in the same market

ha. yeah they do, just checked it. it's rare a place will put their prices online tbh, most of them don't like to let you know until you get there.

and looking at it, yeah, not much difference to anywhere else really. seems good to me.

pointless thread is now pointless.

It's not overly pricey, I think they do 2 courses for £9.99 from a select menu, maybe not at weekends though. The one I went to in NYC did seem expensive but not here in the UK.

It's expensive compared to say, pub grub (Wetherspoons etc), but certainly no worse than the likes of Beefeater. Maybe a tad more than Frankie & Bennies.

Whether it's worth it depends on your tastes I guess. In my experience it's good for an office party type meal after a few pints but not so much somewhere to take your partner out for a meal. The quality of the food seems to vary wildly in my experience.

Mon - Thur

£9.99 for 2 courses, All you need.

Me and my mate go there quite often to get it. Decent food, Decent price.

I only know the cocktail prices :p. The prices aren't too bad for what you get. Takes a long time to become a bartender in TGI's, and much longer to become the Master Bartender. I usually try and find out who is the Master Bartender if I go, chat to them, and get my drinks made by them, guaranteed quality then :D.

Hangtime, I found the one in times square expensive and the food poor. Service was shocking and it wasn't busy :(

Yep service was atrocious, they got my wife's order wrong and didn't seem overly apologetic about it "oh, sorry" no sincerity or offer to change it, very inattentive (we were upstairs in some bit with like one waitress coming round every 15mins when she'd finished chatting) and generally a far cry from the supposed great american service. I know the waitresses won't be earning a fortune there but when you are paying nearly a hundred bucks for your lunch and expected to tip I don't think it is unreasonable to be looking for something more than fast food service.

Seriously having a flatbread sandwich in Dunkin' Donuts felt more like a restaurant than that place. And I'm not joking.

Was there tonight . Group of 9 and came to just under £200 . Service was "ok" and food was average . 3 starters were cold/half cooked .. Mains were ok but i dunno .. was ok i guess but wont be rushing back there anytime soon .

Persil

I went recently and wasn't impressed with the quality of the food or service, I would not have minded but it was expensive.

The food is 'meh', and vastly overpriced, even more so the drinks. The quality of their burgers is average at best, and the staff are hella annoying.

Going to a decent pub that makes their own burgers and having that with a nice cold pint is usually far nicer.

I agree 100%.

pretty much this, and they don't like it when you fall against the walls and break their pictures >.>
