Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World Movie

Saw the trailer for this when I went to see kick ass, i thought it looked bloody terrible
 
Just saw this today myself, really enjoyed the film, loved the fight scenes and references to Mario, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Guitar Hero and No More Hero’s.
 
Just got back from this and LOVED IT! Funny, smart, action packed, what more do you need? Nice surprise Q & A from Edgar Wright at the end too!!

I implore you to see this film and help it succeed.

It really does look terrible. Shame because I think the actor was good in Superbad but can't see him being adaptable at much else. Although he only has to be a nerd in this one too. Even so looks like a nerdy type film. I think it'll have its kicks but I think I can afford to miss this one.
 
Hated this film - badly acted emo crap that was quite predictable.

References to games over the past thirty years do not hide the fact it is absolutely terrible. If you're 16, this will probably be a good film.

I agree, one of the better films I've seen so far this year.
 
Love the film, stayed true enough to the books and where it deviated and changed it was spot on.

Could watch it again right now! In fact tomorrow I am gonna read the books again!
