Exactly my thinking, there's definitely at least one in St. John's market, I'm pretty sure there are some in Lime Street station too.

Lime street does have one I used it last week for my emergency appointment in the passport office

Isn't Liverpool the place where the main passport office is?

I'm sure I had to go there once to get my passport rushed through, surely they will have a machine there?

Ok, that's done and dusted and my new passport got sent off by RMSD.

I have just recieved my old one back, and it's been cut. But it came without any sort of letter or anything, and there's no new passport. For those that got their old ones back did you get the new ones seperately and later on?
