Hi all,

Were currently in talks to move our business mobile phone contracts from o2 to Vodafone, as with any change I'm a little nervous about the move.

Whats your experiences on Vodafone, is the coverage for voice and 3G good?

Appreciate any advise given.

Thanks in advance.

I've had issues with vodafone before now taking payment twice etc but they customer services are very good at refunds it would seem.
maybe they are well practiced.
tbh I went from Vodafone to O2 and have never looked back.

i came from 02 to voda and im very happy with my signal, my wifes about to come over aswell but i guess it depends where you live, im in north wales.

Typically we're in the process of moving our business mobiles from Vodafone to O2.

VF seemed to have been pretty good with regard to service, but I'm not involved in the billing/payment side of things, so don't how well that's handled. The few times we've had issues with handsets not working on the network, customer service has been pretty good at getting things resolved.

Can I ask why you're moving away from O2? We're making the move for cost purposes. We're also getting a bucket load of iPhones and BB 9700 handsets for a good price.

I look after our business contract at my work and we're with Vodafone. Customer service would depend on whether you deal with Voda direct or a third party selling a voda service. We deal with a third party and they are great. The voda coverage is pretty good. We have sites across south wales and the west. Voda and O2 are very close when it comes to coverage.

Basically we've been on O2 for the last few years through a 3rd party supplier. This service from the 3rd party supplier has been terrible (O2 has been great) and just by chance I had a phone call from another 3rd party supplier asking if they could come and review our current contract and possibly buy it out so we would go with them.

The meeting went great but they want us to switch to Vodafone. I just dont want to move over to Vodafone and then regret changing from O2.

I use both O2 and Vodafone and find them for most intents and purposes pretty similiar. Voda does have the better online support team tho imo also while voda does have the better overall signal I think, theres a few places that aren't that out the way where I get full 3G coverage on O2 but barely 2 bars of GPRS on voda.

IF you're happy with the service from O2, why not just find another 3rd party provider? or, Phone O2 directly?
