Just got this game today to try out my new graphics card. I loved BF2 and this looks like it could be almost as much fun, but I can't seem to get on a good server.
The server browser doesn't display the pings of any servers, and I can't find how to add a custom server so I can join the ones mentioned on p1 of this thread. Does anyone know how to fix the browser and add servers
Also, it seems pretty brutal. In the first 30mins I played I don't think I ever saw the enemy before they killed me!!! Are all the levels quite cramped like the snow one I was on, or are there more expansive ones like BF2 had?

Is magnum ammo any good?I am really looking forward to unlock it as I need a whole clip to kill someone.

Magnum ammo is good, but if you need a whole clip to kill someone, you will still need 4/5 of a clip to kill them with it... It only adds 25% damage. You are probably not hitting them with many bullets... Try burst firing
Well came on tonight under vibezz for a little, only had the game for a day and enjoying it loads while trying to get to grips with it and getting used to the maps. It's quite a fun server to play on and also quite busy which will keep me coming back .
Got a couple of good kills and got owned loads, joys of being a scrub!

Had some good games earlier on the ocuk server although a few randoms didnt have much of a clue what to do with the barak vehicle
On the TFU server I also had a few decent games and then noticed a really dodgy player called "blind-guard" or something like that. Shooting at me through a wall then strafes around to where the opening in the wall was to actually hit me, aiming at me all the time. On a server with no spotting, no radar, no motion mines and I never even moved into a position I could be seen (was camped at B MCOM 2nd base before end on africa harbour) and yet hes shooting at me through the wall lol.
Make up your own minds but I'm definately claiming ********! Punkbuster was ON as well which is annoying.

My supermarket doesnt stock PC games anymore, hell most retails stores don't - really annoying actually!

lol I have all the pins except the stationary weapons, killing in cars and naval warfare... the only one I went out of my way to get was the road kills one where I used the UAV to run people over

Ive noticed that aswell, theres a lot of hackers out there and you are bound to run into them, I was on TFU earlier and there's was no way this guy could see me but he knew exactly where i was, im like ****, I'm outta here.
What makes you think punkbuster is on, every time I look at server info it says off on TFU, as do many(EA and punkbuster fail), these are the servers hackers will populate with out a doubt
I did see quite a few PB bans on another server i was a few days ago, i was there for about an hour and there were 3 of them, so lol.
It wouldn't surprise me since i bet most of the hackers are using proper paid up ones that PB won't detect. I have though, only run across 1 very obvious aimbotter since release, which compared with MW2 is just epic.

There were two guys from Asylum clan who were suspected of cheating on the server tonight. I was hiding when the attackers moved up (like I usually do) and the guy ran in and shot me after several others went past me. No way they knew I was there as I made absolutely no noise.
I hate hackers. What's the point. Of course if they can prove they don't hack, we'll welcome them back but I doubt they can!
