i7 920 Temp Question

Hey guys im trying to get a 4.0 clock on an i7 920 D0 using a 200 bclk and 20 multi, what temps sould i be looking at keeping it under? as im not sure with the i7's.

If you are doing it right is should be running around 40degrees idle and maybe 60 degrees under load.

Last summer when it was really hot mine went up to nearly 100 degrees under load....

Keep it under 80c ~ ideally.

trying to get it stable looks like it will be high 70's at the moment, just trying to get it to run under prime for a while

also im running it in x.m.p profile so with a 21 multi and a 190 bclk my ram either runs at 1500's or 2000ish its rated at 1866 so can it not take the 2000ish? otherwise its a fair bit under its rating.

its seems stable in prime for 20mins so far but temps have highs of 87 averaging 78-80 on all cores, is this to high? as i cant see how to get the 4.0 with a lower cpu voltage than 1.3v
