Hey just want to say how awesome my RMA experience was with OCUK! My braided PSU blew up the other day and I took it to the post office and posted it at around 2pm on a Thursday afternoon and OCUK had already dispatched a replacement by the Friday afternoon!!! Amazing!! Got my new PSU now and everything is working great again :)

Aye, service has always been good, not that I have had to RMA anything yet. Ordered a new sound card yesterday afternoon and it was sent first class (free) with me thinking I may get it tomorrow if I am lucky. It was at home when I got in from work a few minutes ago. :D
 
OcUK are a great company but they need to sort out their prices for delivery to Northern Ireland. Time and time again I can't use them (when I want to) due to excessive P&P.
 
I refuse to buy from any otherplace shame i only have a motorcycle or i would drive to the store to buy items :) .. that and i'm pretty far away lolz
 
I had 3 faulty drives of the same model sent to me. It was a positive experience as it was during the Christmas period. They agreed to send me a model by a different manufacturer which was delivered to me on Chrismas eve. Great service.

I am currently waiting for my PSU either replacement or the repaired one to be returned to me. Unfortunately due to it being outside the 28 days, and thus has been sent to manufacturer.

Which to my dismay I was told that could be another 28 days for them to return it to OcUK.

Have spoken with the manufacturer who require the serial number of the PSU to find it...as it sounds to me as if they haven't even received it, and the RMA that I have is useless as it only relates to OcUK. But having the box and not the power supply I can't give it to them, but I have sent them an email with what I think may be it. Just waiting for a reply.

I spoke with Overclockers who said that if it goes beyond the 28 days and it hasn't been returned, then either a refund or a replacement will be arranged. Can't argue with that but still doesn't help me as I've been without my PC for almost a month now.

Hopefully this gets resolved sooner rather than later, but I'm having my doubts.
